The Santa Cruz Sentinel Ledger Collection consists of various ledger books. Most of these ledgers are the weekly timekeeper logs for the Santa Cruz Sentinel (1891 – 1929). There are also ledgers for the newspaper content statistics (1901 – 1905), the Santa Cruz Free Library (1890 – 1908), and the Surf City (Santa Cruz) Wheelmen (1912 – 1913). The collection reflects the operation of the Santa Cruz Sentinel one of the county’s major newspapers.
