The initial Board of Directors were Morris J. Gates, Louis H. Wessendorf, Emmet C. Rittenhouse, Arthur R. Wood, George W. Wood, and Roy W. Bagby. The minute book details any changes to the Board of Directors but it appears that Morris J. Gates, Louis H. Wessendorf, and Emmet C. Rittenhouse were members of the board throughout this period. Most of the business of the company appears to be real estate loans, and some car loans, with most of the loans made prior to World War II.
