Abstract
This collection contains a Metal Back Art Album. It has a red leather cover with the front and back covers are embossed with an image of an artist’s palette and paint brushes. The front cover is also embossed in gold “Art Album”. The pages of the album are wood toned cardboard. The photos are of a wide variety of men, women, and children that may be indicative of a photography studio’s display photograph album, however there are photos from at least two different studios of Santa Cruz – McKean’s and Baldwin’s. There are also several loose photos of a woman, a baby, and a home.

This series contains three (3) loose photographs. There is a photograph of a woman, who may be in her 20s. There is a photo of a house that is reminiscent of Santa Cruz but not sure. There is also a photograph of a baby on the back is written “John (?) at 5 ½ months – Jan 1933. (3 x Photographs)
