This collection consists of three boxes, containing six scrapbooks. The scrapbooks cover the news and information from the Miss California Pageants from the 1960s through the mid-1970s. Each of the scrapbooks contains newspaper clippings, news (leading up to, during, and after the pageants), lists and profiles of contestants, information on sponsors, and stories following the reigns of the winners. The clippings come from both local Santa Cruz newspapers and state newspapers.
