This collection contains memorabilia and photographs pertaining to the Ingham family and Snow families of Watsonville and Santa Cruz. The collection consists primarily of photographs, and features twelve folders filled only with studio photographs of individuals and groups photographs. These photographs include portraits of Inez Snow Ingham; Inez’s daughter Elsie Ingham Edwards; and many other portraits of men, women and children that are likely family members or the Snows and Ingham families. These portraits provide a fascinating look into the styles and fashions of the 1890’s- mid 1900s. Also in the photographs within this collection are photos of the Ingham residence, their blacksmith and wagonshop business as well as their Pajaro Agricultural warehouse business, and much more. Other items in this collection include correspondence, marriage licenses, and poems. Date range: 1870s-1990s Note: All photographs in this collection are black and white unless otherwise stated.
