Series Scope and Content Summary
This series contains photographs and cabinets cards of the Stikeman and Pierce Food Fair at the Front Street Armory in 1916. These photographs document various exhibitors at the food fair. Exhibitors include Dodge Products, Crisco, Folgers, Shell Gasoline, Richfield, TruPak, Glen Rosa, MJB, Jello, Heinz Ketchup, Sperry Cereals, Crescent Baking Powder, Nucoa, Globe Mills, Weaver Aluminum, Lipton’s Tea, and National Ice Cream. There are ten (10) photographs and eleven (11) cabinet cards in this series.
